 WINNERS
Each year, we have the privilege of reviewing the work produced by talented young artists from across the country. It is an amazing opportunity for us to see, hear, and read the artwork of so many talented students.
Approximately 6,000-8,000 students register for youngARTS each year. Our panelists have the very difficult task of selecting up to 150 students as youngARTS Finalists.
The Finalists are brought to Miami for youngARTS Week, an all-expense-paid week of master classes, showcase performances, exhibitions, enrichment programs, and final adjudications.
We also nominate 50 of the youngARTS Finalists to the White House Commission on Presidential Scholars to become Presidential Scholars in the Arts. Twenty of those nominees are then selected as Presidential Scholars in the Arts.
