YoungArts’ annual An Affair of the Arts Performance and Gala is recognized in Miami’s social, business and philanthropic communities as a signature event on the social calendar. Since 1989, this event has brought art enthusiasts together for an evening of performances, dining and dancing.
On Friday, January 14, the YoungArts Music finalists presented both classics and original work to a sold out crowd at the Colony Theater on Miami Beach. Stay tuned for an original composition of Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair” performed by all of the finalists at the close of the program!

On Thursday December 9th, YoungArts showcased a 90-minute multi-discipline performance by its award-winning graduates from California, New York, Ohio and Florida. The show, emceed by Christina DePaul, YoungArts President and CEO, took place ate ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa as part of the Bal Harbour Cultural Series, and featured alumni Kate Davis, Ernest Baker, Ben Pila, Emmet Cohen and Blaine Krauss.
