Annetta Marion, an award-winning filmmaker has received a directing fellowship at AFI’s prestigious Directing Workshop for Women. She has been nominated for the Working Woman Entrepreneurial Excellence Award and the Northern Ohio Live Awards of Achievement in Film/Radio/TV. She is currently one of the showrunners and segment directors on season two of Master Class, Oprah's favorite show.
Chair / Doug Blush, 1984 YoungArts Winner in Cinematic Arts, is a director, producer, editor, writer and cinematographer. His editing projects include the adaptation of the hit book, Freakonomics. Opening over the last year, his shows have been on major networks such as HBO and PBS. Along with his editorial work, Doug is also an accomplished co-writer and executive producer. Doug is co-owner of MadPix, Inc, a production and post production company. He currently is co-directing a documentary.
Shari Carpenter, a writer and a filmmaker has directed two award-winning feature films, and five short films. Her work has aired on BET and has screened in festivals both nationally and internationally. She won the IFP’s Project Involve: NY fellowship and an ABC Writer Development Fellowship, has received grants from NYSCA and the Eastman Fund, and was nominated for a Rockefeller grant and the Gordon Parks Award. Her current feature film script was a finalist in the Newfest Screenplay competition and was selected for IFP’s Emerging
Narrative program.
Mark Moormann is a Grammy-nominated Florida-based filmmaker. Mark's films have screened theatrically, at major film festivals (Sundance, Toronto), museums (Experience Music Project, Coca-Cola, Skirball Cultural Center), and international airports and large-scale events (George Lucas' Skywalker Ranch for the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame 25th Anniversary Show at Madison Square Garden).
