Backyard Ball

The YoungArts Backyard Ball performance and gala is our largest annual fundraiser, and the culmination of National YoungArts Week in January, our signature national program celebrating the nation’s best emerging artists in the visual, literary, design and performing arts. Each year YoungArts hosts more than 700 notable attendees including philanthropists, master artists, national image-makers and tastemakers who gather in Miami to honor the achievements of these talented young artists. The evening is one of artistic immersion with incredible not-to-be-missed performances by YoungArts alumni.

In addition, YoungArts recognizes honorees with Arison Awards for their invaluable commitment to the arts. Previous Arison awardees include Adrian Grenier, Zaha Hadid, Jessica Lang, Tarell Alvin McCraney, Jason Moran, Rita Moreno, Andrew Rannells, Robert Redford, Rosie Perez, Kerry Washington, Robert Wilson, Tony Yazbeck and others.

New York Gala

The New York Gala underscores YoungArts longstanding and still-growing commitment to supporting emerging New York artists. The event brings together New York City’s top cultural and community leaders, philanthropists, celebrities and art aficionados.
Hosted annually at The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the sold-out evening raises more than half a million dollars and celebrates aspiring young artists across the nation, including nearly 700 YoungArts winners in ten arts disciplines.

Supper Club

The Supper Club series brings together the next generation of great artists in magical settings. YoungArts supporters in Miami, Los Angeles and New York are invited to attend intimate dinners featuring extraordinary performances by YoungArts alumni.
