Join us for In Process @ The Watermill Center featuring YoungArts alumna Paige Mazurek (2007 YoungArts Winner in Photography). For the past month, Paige has been working alongside Iranian artist Zeinab Shahidi Marnani for the inaugural iteration of the YoungArts and The Watermill Center Mentorship Residency. Paige's exploration takes place across multiple mediums including lens-based media, sound, collage, drawing and sculpture. Her current area of study is audio storytelling.

In this new cultural partnership, one YoungArts alumnus/a/i is selected each year by open call, and provided the opportunity to develop his/her/their practice and receive guidance from one of Watermill’s esteemed artists working in a related field.

In Process @ The Watermill Center is an ongoing series of open rehearsals, workshops, artist talks and studio visits that invite the community to engage with the work of The Watermill Center's international artists-in-residence. Inviting audiences of all ages and backgrounds to gain unique insight into the creative process of artists, The Watermill Center is dedicated to helping viewers more deeply understand and experience how artists from across the globe develop new work.

Join all the Watermill artists as they share their work this Saturday via Zoom.
