Scholarship List Service
If you are a college, university or conservatory admissions representative, summer program, arts festival or student arts competition recruiter YoungArts’ Student List Service (SLS) offers the authorized names and contact information of the high school students (ages 15-18) who apply to the annual YoungArts national awards program. In addition to basic contact and school information, subscribers are provided with links to access each student’s submitted audition portfolios which provides important information about the students’ artistic achievement.
SLS provides recruiters with a list of highly focused and creative students studying in the visual, literary and performing arts (cinematic arts, dance, design arts, jazz, music, theater, visual arts, voice and writing). The discipline and rigor of study required by artists are often the qualities most sought after by both art and academic higher education programs. Many of our over 17,000 alumni have gone on to pursue professional artistic careers but also are successful in the science, business and technology fields.
Subscribers to the SLS receive spreadsheets of YoungArts applicants several times over the course of the year: all applicants - November 1; adjudicated lists of national winners - early December; U.S. Presidential Scholar recommendations - February 1; and the 20 students selected to receive the U.S. Presidential Scholars in the Arts award in early May.
Each discipline is available separately, or you may order all 10 disciplines. For more information about the YoungArts’ Student List Service, pricing, and subscription forms, please contact us at (305) 377-1140, extension 1702 or by emailing Allison Ball, Director of Education at aball@youngarts.org.
