YoungArts Miami

YoungArts winners in the visual, literary, performing and design arts have the opportunity to learn, connect and collaborate with fellow peers and luminaries in their artistic field.

February 19–24, 2019

During the intensive, week-long and all-inclusive program, artists across 10 disciplines participate in master classes and workshops with internationally recognized leaders, including visual artists Loni Johnson and Robert Chambers, jazz pianist and composer Emmet Cohen, author and award-winning journalist Joan Morgan, cinematographer Rick Delgado and cellist, pianist and composer Dave Eggar among others. The promising young artists then have the opportunity to share their talents with the public through multidisciplinary performances, writers’ readings, a film screening and a visual arts exhibition.
